How to book online
First click on the book online button and once connected to Euphoria Face & Body’s online booking system click the “ BOOK AN APPOINTMENT “ button
On the next page you will see a list of all our service we allow for online booking. Scroll through all our services and choose your option. for an example we will choose DHbrow / HD Microblading.
Once you choose your service you will now be directed to choose the date that will work for you.
For this example we will choose March 1st
once you choose your date the system will show you the times we have available.
we will choose 12:00 noon for this example.
Now here we will need your information. all information is confidential and we do not give this information to anyone.
we suggest using your mobile phone number for text reminders and appointment updates. If we send you an update on your appointment please check your email there might be more detailed information. “ie” if we need to cancel your appointment you will get a text informing you of the cancelation but the E-Mail will have details on why. if you don’t get a email check your span folder.
Here you will need to put in your credit card information to secure your appointment, this is required for all appointments here at Euphoria Face & Body. You are not charged anything. Credit cards are held by Square Inc for cancelation purposes. please read our cancelation policy.
Once you are booked and in our system you can sign in at any time by entering your mobile # and the system will text you a one time password to login. once logged in you can reschedule, cancel or book new appointments. You have full control 24/7!
Please note: any text messages from the system are outgoing only and you cannot reply. if you do we will not get the message. You are responsible for your appointments you book. please read out cancelation policy below and available during booking.
I EUPHORIA FACE & BODY CANCELATION POLICY I
Euphoria Face & Body / Euphoria SkinCare STUDIO Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to the EF&B / ESCS team members, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
- Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Appointments made within the 48 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- ALL SERVICES held with a credit card. Multiple services or combos not cancelled 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. A credit card "HOLD" transaction maybe made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our TIGI team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. EUPHORIA SKIN CARE STUDIO policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria.
As a courtesy, we will EMAIL or Text and confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
WHAT HAPPENS IF CHARGED A NO-SHOW/CANCELATION FEE
If you miss your scheduled appointment " NO-SHOW or LAST MINUTE CANCELATION " the 50 or 100% fee charged to your registered credit card will turn into a DEPOSIT MINUS A $35 FEE FOR unless your scheduled time was filled. The deposit will be applied towards your service once you reschedule and services are preformed. If any customer fails to show for any appointment there after the deposit becomes non refundable. If a customer has a " VOUCHER or COUPON the deposit will be reimbursed minus the $35 NO-SHOW / CANCELATION FEE. If VOUCHER / COUPON customers miss there second appointment the deposit becomes non refundable. I
IF YOUR CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED
If your credit card is declined for your cancellation fee and you have future appointments all future appointments will be canceled until the fee is paid.
IF YOU BOUGHT A PACKAGE.
If you have a package service and you miss your scheduled appointment you are charged 50% of the full priced package service and is held till the end of your package. package customers are charges in one of two ways. 1) they loose one appointment out of there package and is non refundable or 2) charged a $35 fee out of the NO-SHOW / CANCELATION FEE. at the end of package remaining money will be refunded after deducted fees.
SCHEDULED SERVICES TAHT FALL BELOW $35
Services that fall below the $35 first time fee are subject to the same rules above however 50% will be charged as a NO-SHOW / CANCELATION FEE is non refundable.
VOUCHER AND COUPON CUSTOMERS.
All above cancelation policies apply! Missing or NO-SHOW on a voucher/coupon results in a VOIDED DEAL and you will be charged the full price of the service or package purchased through 3rd party sellers. AS A REMINDER COUPONS OR VOUCHERS ARE FOR FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS ONLY HOWEVER EXISTING CUSTOMERS ARE STILL ALLOWED ALL DEALS SOLD THROUGH 3RD PARTY VENDORS.
All sales on services, service packages, gift cards, gift certificates and package cards are final and non refundable.
